History

Dustless Air Filter Co. is a full service supplier of air filter products of all sizes serving the state of Texas with locations in Houston and San Antonio.

Everett Westbrook founded Dustless Air Filter Co. in 1941. During the 1950s, the company moved from Waco, Texas to its current location in Houston. Dustless operated under Mr. Westbrook's leadership until the mid-1980s when he and Mr. O. I. Kiolbassa, another independent businessman, met and formed a friendship.

In 1986, Mr. Kiolbassa purchased Dustless Air and Mr. Westbrook was off to explore the world. Mr. Kiolbassa's reputation for having a "sharp pencil" and a "no non-sense approach" to business served Dustless well. In the early 1990's, he opened a satellite office in San Antonio to serve central and south Texas, and both locations expanded their products and services to include contractor sales. In 2000, Mr. Kiolbassa's son assumed control of Dustless, and by the end of 2002, was the sole stockholder.

Today, Dustless Air Filter Company continues to grow and expand. Utilizing the solid foundation laid by Mr. Westbrook and capitalizing on the independent spirit solidified under Mr. Kiolbassa, Dustless is a force throughout Texas. Dustless Air Filter Co. is constantly improving systems and providing service above and beyond our customer's expectations.
