Kyle Gish

President of Dustless Air Filter Co.

Kyle is a commercial pilot for American Airlines, serves on the San Antonio Airport Advisory Board and is a member of The Alternative Board. He recently retired from the U.S. Navy Reserve after 26 years of service. He is married to the lovely Carole Gish and they have two talented sons. In his off time, Kyle enjoys working out and adventure travel. Kyle is certified as an Air Filtration Specialist by the National Air Filtration Association and has over ten years of experience in the industry.

Keith Blessing

San Antonio General Manager

Keith is the General Manager of Dustless Air Filter Company in charge of all operations in the Houston and San Antonio Offices. He joined the Dustless Team in 2004 and has been certified by the National Air Filtration Association as a Certified Air Filtration Specialist. He is a retired Command Sergeant Major with over 21 years of service with the United States Army. Additionally, he has owned and operated 2 previous businesses in the service industry. Keith graduated Magna Cum Laude from Regents College with a degree in business. He is married to his lovely bride of 35 years, Jeannie. They have 3 daughters and 6 grandchildren. Keith enjoys spending time with his family and grandkids. His goal is to provide customer service above and beyond your expectations.

Stacy Villarreal

Finance and Administration

Stacy has been part of the Dustless team since 1996. Beginning as a Customer Service Representative, she now oversees accounting and IT functions for Dustless. Stacy is a Certified Air Filtration Specialist through the National Air Filtration Association. A native Texan, Stacy attended the University of Houston and currently resides in Sugarland, Texas with her husband Tracy and five children. In her spare time, she enjoys reading murder/mystery books, playing board games and packing the kids in the car for road trips.

Augustine "Augie" Gonzales

Operations Manager

Augie joined Dustless Air in May 2009. He is a native Texan with over 30 years of sales management and customer service experience. Augie was honorably discharged from the US Army as an officer. He was associated with 82nd Airborne Brigade and the 36th Texas Airborne Division. He is an Airborne Instructor, Jumpmaster and Parachute Rigger with over 175 jumps from various types of aircraft. Augie enjoys working out and running with his son. His wife is and RN and his daughter will soon be a teacher in Elementary education.

Bev Copeland

Customer Service Representative / Inventory

Bev has been a Dustless Air Filters team member since 1996. When she's not caring for customers or managing inventory at Dustless, Bev enjoys spending time with her family and participating in "Living History" events as a Dutch oven cook.

Patricia Acevedo

Customer Service Representative

Patricia joined Dustless Air Filter Company in June 2005, but has been involved in customer service and inside sales since 2005. Patricia enjoys traveling, scrapbooking, shopping and spending time with her husband and son.

Blanca Estela Ferreira

Filter Assembly/Warehouse Supervisor

Blanca has been with Dustless Air since May 2007. She studied in Mexico, D.F. Blanca has two daughters that she enjoys spending her free time with. Her hobbies are listening to music and dancing.

Margarita Caballero

Filter Assembly/Warehouse

Margarita joined the Dustless Air team in January 2010. She is married, has three daughters and two granddaughters. She is enjoying running and spending time with her family.

Jose Flores

Filter Assembly / Warehouse

Jose Flores has been with Dustless Air since 1998. He enjoys spending time with his wife and kids when he is not working.

Alicia Gil

Filter Assembly / Warehouse

Alicia joined Dustless Air in February 2008. She studied in Mexico, D.F. She enjoys dancing and going to the movies with her three children.

Victor Martinez

Driver / Warehouse

Victor has been with Dustless Air since March 2009. Victor has a son who he loves very much. His hobbies include playing basketball with his son and playing pool.

Shawn Gonzales has spent over 20 years with Dustless Air Filter Company and enjoys spending time with his family.

Service Technician

Carlos Gonzales has been servicing air conditioning filters with Dustless Air Filter Company since 2005 and enjoys driving motorcycles.

Dave Marg

Operations Supervisor

Dave works as Operations Supervisor at Dustless, maintaining the warehouse, scheduling service routes and building custom filters. Prior to joining the Dustless team in 2004, he spent twenty-five years in the Air Force and two years as a Remodeling Project Manager. He has an Associate's Degree in Power Systems Technology and is skilled with electrical and carpentry work. An active member of Mt. Olive Lutheran Church, Dave also enjoys traveling and reading in his leisure time. He has been married for over 31 years to Sandra Marg and has 3 adult children.

Lydia J. Davidson

Customer Service Representative

Lydia started with Dustless Air in November 2009. She is the proud parent of a little girl. Lydia loves to sing for her daughter, family and karaoke. She enjoys softball, hiking, camping and fishing. Lydia earned her CTM (Competent Toastmaster) September 21, 2004. Lydia was President of the Main Communicators Toastmaster's Club in 2004 - 2005. Lydia lives by the philosophy, "Everything happens for a reason."

George Martinez

Customer Service Representative

George joined the Dustless Air team in November 2010 and has been involved in the HVAC business since 2005. George is a native San Antonian but currently resides in Cibolo with his wonderful wife of 19 years, their 2 beautiful children and gracious mother-in-law. He enjoys spending time with his family, friends and congregation. He also enjoys listening to music, playing softball and going to the coast. George is a firm believer in the "Golden Rule" of treating others as you want to be treated.

Gary Uher

Production / Warehouse

Gary started with Dustless Air in 2007. He started as a Service Technician and is now our Filter Technician Trainer. He is currently reorganizing our warehouse staff and training them in the art of customer service.

John "L.J." Solich

Warehouse Technician

"LJ" is the newest member of Dustless San Antonio. John is a retiree but he is not retired by any stretch. After his 32 years as a successful Master Plumber he just couldn't relax. He enjoys staying busy and interacting with others. Whether it is mixing it up in the warehouse or attending a car show to display his 08 Shelby GT, (or possibly his 58 Cushman) he always has a smile and a good word to share.

Simon Giddens

Service Technician

Simon joined Dustless Air in September 2008. He was born and raised in San Antonio. He has been happily married for 24 years and has three children.

Gabriel Martinez

Service Technician

Gabriel began his employment with Dustless Air in April of 2009. He is currently a Service Technician and also assists in warehouse operations and deliveries. Apart from his responsibilities at Dustless, he enjoys quality time with his wife, son, and church family. In his spare time he enjoys playing music, especially, the guitar.

Leandro "Lee" A. Maldonado

Warehouse/Driver

New to the San Antonio area, Lee joined Dustless Air Filter Company in August 2010. He previously worked in the window industry for 23 years. Lee really enjoys working with Dustless Air Filter Company. His wife and family are very important to him and he enjoys camping and making new friends.

Dennis Hardaway

Driver/Warehouse

Dennis began his career with Dustless Air Filter Company in November 2010. He previously spent 20 years in the U.S. Army and is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources at Our Lady of the Lake University. He has two daughters, one son and three granddaughters. In his spare time, Dennis enjoys cooking, reading, photography and playing golf.

Cresencio "Cres" Ramirez, Jr.

Warehouse

Cres has been with Dustless Air Filter Company since November 2010. He has lived in San Antonio most of his life and comes from a very loving and supportive family. Cres loves spending time with his three beautiful children, one son and two daughters.
